IN A NUTSHELL
Adalo is a versatile builder for web apps and mobile apps. It is possible to create a teaching platform in it though the learning curve is steeper then for other apps we present here. We suggest using their coaching template to start with.
❌ WEBSITE FOR MARKETING
Adalo web apps and mobile apps are not indexed by Google so it is necessary to build a landing page and other sections such as blog in another builder such as Framer. From there, make a link to the login page made in Adalo. Also, when you start building you have to choose between web app and mobile app. Web app is not responsive which means it doesn't adjust to small screens (mobile).
✅ EMAIL COLLECTING
Yes, emails can be collected and saved within Adalo.
✅ CONTENT & DOWNLOADS
It is possible but since their free plan is limited a paid plan would be necessary. The free plan doesn't specify the capacity and the cheapest paid plan at 45USD/month has a 5GB limit.
✅ ONLINE COMMUNITY
You can organize your online community through Adalo.
⚠️ QUIZZES AND TESTS
It is possible but it's not as straightforward as for example Google Forms. It requires fairly good understanding of their system.
❌ VIDEO CONFERENCING
Adalo does not support video conferencing. A link to an external site can be added.
✅ STUDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Yes, students' CRM is possible and the data can be stored within the app. Export and import are also available.
✅ FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Since Adalo organizes data through tables, you can easily use it to manage your finances in a private area of your site.
✅ PAYMENTS
Payments can be received through Stripe integration.
❌ AI INTEGRATION
Adalo does not provide AI services. These can be integrated through Zapier, etc.
