Softr makes it possible to show your data (from Airtable or Google Sheets) as a web app by using simple building blocks. It is amazingly intuitive and permits creating a full size teaching platform with ease.
✅ WEBSITE FOR MARKETING
Making a landing page in Softr is very easy since all you have to do is choose from the existing pre-built block and arrange them to your liking. You can include the so called hero section, call to action, testimonials, features, etc.
✅ EMAIL COLLECTING
Yes, emails can be collected and saved in Airtable or Google Sheets. External tool integration (such as Mailchimp) is also possible.
✅ CONTENT & DOWNLOADS
Softr works together with Airtable or Google Sheets. This means that Softr will be able to display any kind of file that can be uploaded to the latter two. Students can download them directly from there.
✅ ONLINE COMMUNITY
Softr makes it possible to create different user groups with corresponding permissions. The community space can be used to share materials, have forums and reply to students questions. Adding comments is as easy as using the corresponding block and integrating it on the desired page.
🟡 QUIZZES AND TESTS
Building a quiz or a test is not straightforward if you limit yourself to only Softr plus Airtable/Google Sheets. However, it can be achieved by providing links to some other tools such as Google Forms.
❌ VIDEO CONFERENCING
Softr does not support video conferencing.

Creating students’ CRM is straightforward and permits integrated management of their learning process, attendance, payments etc.
✅ FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Since data in Airtable or Google Sheets is organized in tables, you can easily use it to manage your finances in a private area of your site.

Payments can be received by integrating services such as Stripe. In that case you will need your Stripe account's Publishable key.
✅ AI INTEGRATION
Open AI can be used to generate text snippets of limited length and images (the latter ones with variable success). It does not support longer forms such as blog posts.
